Act as the primary client-facing contact, coordinating with the Data Engineer, Integration Engineer, and Data Analyst to ensure smooth project execution.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure workflows and outputs are aligned with business needs and expectations.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet agreed-upon requirements.
Maintain clear documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a client-facing role.
Excellent written and oral communication skills (accent-neutral, camera-ready).
Strong discovery and documentation skills: workflows BRD/FRD-level requirements acceptance criteria.
Awareness of EHR context, FHIR, and HIPAA compliance requirements.
Empathy, structured thinking, and ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively.
Experience working in Agile environments, facilitating requirement gathering sessions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
