• Comprehensive support and advisory for employees and managers on all operational and strategic HR matters
• Responsible for HR administration from onboarding to offboarding (contract drafting, master data maintenance, time management, personnel files, preparatory payroll tasks)
• Ensure compliance with labor and statutory regulations and provide support on collective bargaining issues and in cooperation with the works council
• Support performance management processes, goal setting and employee discussions/appraisals
• Assist in talent development, including training organization, talent management and succession planning
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reporting for management
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR projects and processes

HR Generalist

• Develop and implement an integrated HR strategy closely aligned with the company's overall strategy
• Initiate and lead HR transformation projects, particularly in the areas of organizational development, talent and performance management, leadership culture, and compensation
• Provide strategic advice to the executive team and actively support cultural and organizational change
• Develop and implement HR initiatives across the entire employee lifecycle
• Ensure efficient, scalable HR processes and take responsibility for compliance, quality, and the ongoing development of HR systems
• Establish and use HR metrics and decision models to enable data-driven management
• Lead and develop the HR team and work closely with leaders across all functions on HR-related matters
• Position HR as a proactive business partner and value driver within the company
