About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and deputize for the Head of HR in operational and strategic HR matters
  • Lead and develop the HR Business Partner and HR Specialist teams and ensure an efficient HR service organization
  • Work closely with the works council and advise managers on labor law, personnel, and organizational matters
  • Manage and implement strategic HR projects, for example in HR systems, compensation & benefits, and culture and engagement initiatives
  • Develop HR processes, policies, and organizational structures while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Support change and transformation processes and analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on human resources
  • 8–10 years of professional experience with solid HR expertise in labor law, co-determination/works council matters, employee relations, and HR processes
  • Experience leading HR Business Partner teams and managing organizational development and change projects
  • Strong communication, advisory and negotiation skills, with confident interaction with works councils and senior leadership
  • Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on, operational mindset and strong execution capability
  • Analytical and structured working style, with experience in HR metrics, HR systems, and HR projects
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
  • Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken
