• Partner closely with business leaders to support strategy execution and business model transformation to Software/Services/SaaS
• Contribute to long-term planning (LTP), budgeting, capital optimization, business case development, and project management activities
• Leverage KPIs and SaaS-specific metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, etc.) to deliver actionable business insights
• Enable data-driven decision-making through robust financial analysis and performance metrics
• Mentor and guide analysts and peers, particularly in software and SaaS financial practices
• Lead complex financial analyses, demonstrating deep business understanding and effectively “telling the story” to influence outcomes
• Collaborate with Business Partners and Strategy teams to translate business strategy into financial models, one-pagers, and five-year plans
• Partner with the Strategy team to manage investment planning, initiative spend, and ROI tracking
• Prepare financial analyses and oversee Capital Optimizer initiatives, supporting quarterly governance processes
• Report and analyze KPIs by providing key inputs, producing reporting outputs, and delivering insights to Business Partners; develop and maintain SaaS P&L views
• Drive financial transformation by building tools, capabilities, and processes that support the SaaS business model
• Provide financial support for major initiatives, including internal controls, organizational changes, M&A, and post-merger integration

• Help craft an inspiring and dynamic partner marketing strategy, positioning and messaging that is unique and sets HP apart from the competition.
• Demolish barriers and silos to create a consolidated strategy that empowers GTM execution.
• Develop and evangelize simple/clear assets that outline the value proposition, narrative, and messaging to drive common, globally understood initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing, Business Units, and Category teams to build a clear marketing vision and strategy for key partners that delivers a distinct, differentiated, and relevant positioning in the market.
• Strategically prove concepts that will expand opportunities for our partnerships and deliver mutual benefit.
• Work closely with GTM teams to drive efficient strategies, manage budgets, support revenue generation and sales growth with a market centric approach.
