• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve productivity, reduce manual work, and eliminate friction in daily administrative workflows.
• Serve as the CTO of Software’s primary liaison with executive stakeholders and EAs to facilitate communication, anticipate needs, and manage cross-team meeting scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Partner closely with the Business Operations & Chief of Staff organization and the broader senior EA community to ensure alignment, coordination, and consistent execution of executive priorities across the CTO, Software organization.
• Correspond with internal and external stakeholders on meeting scheduling and administrative matters, consistently maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Plan complex domestic and international travel (itineraries, visas, ground transportation) and manage changes with minimal disruption.
