About the role
- Partner with senior business leaders, executive talent acquisition, and HR partners on leadership talent, succession, and development.
- Facilitate thoughtful, high-impact discussions about leadership readiness, potential, and future capability needs.
- Translate business priorities into clear talent implications, including leadership capabilities, experiences, and skills required for success.
- Leverage talent data and qualitative insights to inform recommendations and guide leadership decisions.
- Support and advance scalable talent practices such as succession planning and development planning through consultation and thought partnership.
- Act as a connector across leaders, HR partners, and talent teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
Requirements
- Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose organizational talent needs and translate them into practical solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data and qualitative insights.
- Ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior leaders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong executive communication skills.
- Experience in talent management, HR business partnering, leadership development, or human capital consulting.
- Strong business acumen and ability to operate effectively in ambiguity.
