About the role
- Design and implement HP’s enterprise-wide talent, performance management, and career development framework
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in talent and performance
- Lead development and implementation of practices, tools, solutions, and frameworks
- Communicate and advocate philosophy and approach to senior leadership; influence strategic direction
- Explore and adopt AI-enabled technologies to streamline talent and performance management
- Use contemporary approaches to drive behavioral and cultural change for high performance
- Monitor effectiveness and collect client and HR business partner feedback to improve practices
- Manage high-complexity projects that enhance program effectiveness and refine strategies
- Partner with senior People Leaders, COE partners, and Talent & Learning colleagues; report to SVP, Talent & Learning
- Contribute as a leader supporting broader People organization strategy
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related discipline, or commensurate work experience
- Typically 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience (preferably in training, talent selection & development, performance management)
- Preferred Certifications: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) / Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) / SHRM certification; Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP)
- Leadership and management skills; ability to lead direct and cross-functional teams
- Strategic thinking and ability to influence senior leadership
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills and ability to analyze data and metrics
- Change management experience
