  • The HRBP for the AMER region serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and provides HR guidance and support to align people strategies with organizational goals.
  • The HRBP will help drive performance, employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning, while ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with COEs such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to guide decision-making and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Support change management initiatives and contribute to the development of a high-performance culture.
  • Lead or support employee engagement initiatives and action planning.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues (along with Employee Relations COE), ensuring legal compliance and appropriate resolution.
  • Work with leadership on succession planning, career development, and workforce planning strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, HR policies, and internal procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent years of experience (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or HR generalist/manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Experience using HRIS systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
  • Experience in tech, software, pre-IPO environment is a plus
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed organization
