About the role
- Managing and leading teams of contributors and supervisors
- Overseeing performance objectives, resource allocation, and efficient resolution of credit decisions and collection matters
- Aligning metrics with corporate goals
- Managing credit and collection operations in a specific country
- Collaborating across departments to address non-payment issues
- Evaluating credit risk while engaging with significant customers for negotiation and issue resolution

Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline or commensurate work experience
- Typically has 7-10 years of job-related experience, preferably in collection, credit, banking, or a related field
- Chinese language knowledge preferred but not mandatory
