Translate complex customer and business needs into clear product requirements
Drive innovation using advanced data techniques like multimodal data analysis and data fusion
Ensure the delivery of high-impact data products across the organization
Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML and Data Analytics solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, data engineers, software engineers, data analysts, designers, and marketing to guide products from conception to launch
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of machine learning models and AI-powered features
Spearhead data collection strategies, define data modeling requirements, and collaborate on data governance and compliance to ensure availability and quality of datasets
Define, instrument, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and telemetry data to measure product performance
Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

8+ years of proven experience in product management
3-5 years specifically focused on AI, ML, data analytics, or data platforms
Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling AI-driven products from 0-to-1 and beyond
Experience working in an Agile/Lean development environment
Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle, including data collection, model training, deployment, and monitoring (MLOps)
Familiarity with data technologies such as data warehouses, data lakes, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Proficiency in data analysis and experimentation design using tools like Python, R, or BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Knowledge of concepts like natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive modeling, and data enrichment techniques
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Statistics) or equivalent practical experience
MBA/ Master's degree is preferred
