About the role
- Lead cross-functional programs to achieve end-to-end product cost targets (short- and long-term)
- Drive timely, measurable results by removing bottlenecks, accelerating decisions, and delivering cost-saving initiatives
- Align teams on priorities, set clear direction, and ensure accountability to deliver with urgency and precision
- Perform product cost and business analytics to identify trends and generate data-driven insights
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools that guide decisions and improve execution outcomes
- Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Interpret complex data and distill it into clear, concise insights
- Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, including reporting structures
- Define and drive standardization, simplification and automation across program workflows
- Develop and execute communication strategies that ensure transparency, alignment, and engagement across all stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience; preferred 10-15 years
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA or relevant technical field)
- Experience leading strategic, cross-functional programs and PMO governance
- Proven project management and process design/implementation experience
- Track record of delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong command of program and project management methodologies
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
- Product knowledge is a plus; demonstrated curiosity and a learning mindset are required
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with solid business acumen
- Proficiency with business analytics tools and dashboarding/reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead through influence, drive alignment, and navigate ambiguity in complex organizations
- Executive presence; able to communicate program strategy and present complex topics with clarity
