About the role
- Responsible for developing and running the Subscriber Growth Print Category business, defining strategies and plans across world-wide markets.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team, including Market Business Leaders, Product Managers, Program Leaders, and Business Management.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive subscriber growth strategy, including acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization, aligned with company objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Engages with key stakeholders to communicate category performance, present plans, and align on strategic initiatives to drive growth.
- Own the end-to-end subscriber journey, optimizing every touchpoint from registration and onboarding to renewal and win-back.
- Drive initiatives to reduce churn, increase customer lifetime value, and maximize subscriber satisfaction.
- Leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling to identify growth opportunities, inform strategy, and measure performance.
- Establish and manage KPIs to track subscriber growth, retention, and engagement.
- Align resources and priorities to the highest-value opportunities, ensuring effective execution of growth initiatives.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, including product innovation, pricing strategies, and channel expansion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors move to maintain a leadership position in subscription growth.
- Deliver on budgeted subscriber and revenue targets, managing OPEX and investment to ensure sustainable growth.
- Drive operational efficiencies and transformation initiatives to support long-term scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of business experience in Marketing, Business development, Partner Management, Finance or Category.
- 10+ years of people management experience.
- Strong track record of customer empathy and a focus on partner engagement.
- Demonstrated success in driving subscriber or recurring revenue growth at scale.
- Experience managing P&L and delivering on financial commitments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
