Lead the end-to-end delivery of WXP + Care Pack integrations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business outcomes.
Own the Out-of-Band remediation strategy, including escalation protocols, incident triage, and resolution for high-impact service events.
Design and implement integration architectures that support modularity, resilience, and telemetry-driven insights.
Establish and track KPIs for integration success, incident response times, and customer satisfaction.
Drive automation and predictive capabilities to enable proactive support and reduce time-to-resolution.
Serve as a strategic escalation point, influencing resolution paths and executive-level communications during critical incidents.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centricity.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enterprise support services, platform integration, or technical program management.
Proven leadership in managing cross-functional initiatives and delivering complex service solutions.
Strong understanding of enterprise support models, API ecosystems, and customer care frameworks.
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and remediation planning.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
Strong working knowledge of Lifecycle Care Pack services, digital workplace platforms.
Experience in enterprise SaaS.
Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or SRE methodologies.
Background in telemetry, automation, or predictive support systems.
