About the role

  • Lead the development and implementation of enterprise- wide talent and performance management and career development strategies.
  • Communicate and advocate philosophy and approach to senior leadership, influencing the strategic direction the organization chooses to take.
  • Develop and implement practices, tools, solutions, and frameworks that enable an integrated approach to talent, performance and career development.
  • Explore and adopt cutting-edge AI-enabled technologies that help facilitate a more streamlined and effective approach to managing talent, performance and careers.
  • Explore and use contemporary approaches to accelerate adoption of practices that create sustained behavioral and culture change, enabling HP to be a high-performing organization.
  • Manage projects of high complexity that promote the effectiveness of programs along with refining strategies.
  • Contribute as a leader in the Talent & Learning and HR space, supporting the broader strategy of the People organization.

Requirements

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 15+ years of job-related and/or management experience, preferably in training, talent selection & development, performance management, or a related field.
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR)/ Senior Professional in Human Resources (SHPR)
  • Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Talent Management Practitioner (CTMP)
