About the role

  • Own engagement strategy for key accounts, ensuring tailored communications and presentations.
  • Deliver virtual and on-site presentations to employees and conduct 1 2 1 meetings to explain pension options and encourage participation.
  • Work closely with Principal Consultants and provide support to other consultants as required.
  • Create clear, jargon-free materials for presentations, webinars, and digital channels.
  • Track engagement metrics and report outcomes to the Head of Pensions and account leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in DC pensions
  • Diploma qualified (or willingness to study towards qualification)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (virtual and in-person)
  • Ability to simplify technical pension concepts for diverse audiences
  • Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Working with large corporate pension schemes and key accounts.
  • Familiarity with behavioural engagement techniques and financial wellbeing initiatives.
