About the role
- Own engagement strategy for key accounts, ensuring tailored communications and presentations.
- Deliver virtual and on-site presentations to employees and conduct 1 2 1 meetings to explain pension options and encourage participation.
- Work closely with Principal Consultants and provide support to other consultants as required.
- Create clear, jargon-free materials for presentations, webinars, and digital channels.
- Track engagement metrics and report outcomes to the Head of Pensions and account leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in DC pensions
- Diploma qualified (or willingness to study towards qualification)
- Strong presentation and communication skills (virtual and in-person)
- Ability to simplify technical pension concepts for diverse audiences
- Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
- Working with large corporate pension schemes and key accounts.
- Familiarity with behavioural engagement techniques and financial wellbeing initiatives.
