About the role
- Manage and qualify inbound leads across various channels, assess their viability, and schedule meetings or demos with key decision-makers.
- Identify and research potential clients, generating leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Introduce Houst to potential partners through tailored communication.
- Nurture leads with relevant information, build strong relationships, and ensure smooth transitions to the sales team for long-term partnerships.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, track key metrics, and manage your sales pipeline with detailed documentation.
- Serve as the initial point of contact, effectively conveying Houst’s value proposition and addressing client inquiries.
- Participate in training, provide process feedback, stay updated on industry trends, and represent Houst at events.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (2-3 years).
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Close, Salesforce).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented, driven, and resilient, with the ability to handle rejection.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a passion for achieving targets and growing in the sales field.
