About the role

  • Promote digital tools and partner portal capabilities to enhance partner engagement and self-service efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel partners. Build rapport and trust through a consultative approach.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics. Collaborate with Account Optimization Managers to ensure optimal commercial conditions.
  • Implement strategic plans aligned with regional and company goals.
  • Understand partner potential and negotiate agreements. Improve contracting quality to drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with peers, stakeholders, and other areas to ensure smooth execution.
  • Ensure consistent use of internal tools and processes.

Requirements

  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial roles with direct partner interaction.
  • Proven experience in contracting, negotiation, and account planning.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Adept at managing multiple business priorities and complex situations with strategic thinking and composure.
  • Experience developing and executing account growth strategies.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
