About the role
- Promote digital tools and partner portal capabilities to enhance partner engagement and self-service efficiency.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hotel partners. Build rapport and trust through a consultative approach.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics. Collaborate with Account Optimization Managers to ensure optimal commercial conditions.
- Implement strategic plans aligned with regional and company goals.
- Understand partner potential and negotiate agreements. Improve contracting quality to drive conversion and revenue growth.
- Work closely with peers, stakeholders, and other areas to ensure smooth execution.
- Ensure consistent use of internal tools and processes.
Requirements
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial roles with direct partner interaction.
- Proven experience in contracting, negotiation, and account planning.
- Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- Adept at managing multiple business priorities and complex situations with strategic thinking and composure.
- Experience developing and executing account growth strategies.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
