Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience
- Experience guiding teams through technical transitions
- Operations transformation experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
- Proficient in modern AI/ML tools, Agentic workflows, and LLM-integrated processing
- Strong analytical skills using advanced visualization and predictive metrics
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams
- Knowledge in project management
- Results-oriented with a focus on yield optimization
