• Coordinate with capability PMs: understand roadmaps, constraints, and customization possibilities of the underlying technical systems, and translate them into externally consumable API products.
• Manage the business model: decide between platform fees and variable fees, define the commission structure (take rate) per capability, enterprise packaging, and the framework for custom agreements with large partners.
• Build the developer and partner experience from scratch: API specifications, partner integration flows, documentation standards, sandbox environments, and integration tools that minimize time-to-value.
