Develop and execute growth strategies that increase revenue, conversion, and engagement across travel products, guiding partners on loyalty, pricing, merchandising, and marketing best practices.
Lead business reviews with C-level stakeholders, translate business needs into scalable product capabilities, and deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making.
Codify best practices and frameworks to scale success across partners globally.

Experience in consulting within technology or travel industries.
Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into strategy and action.
Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and adaptability in fast-changing environments.
Experience in travel, e-commerce, or SaaS is a strong plus.
