About the role
- Own our growth roadmap across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral for consumers and creators
- Partner with product/design to optimize onboarding, conversion, and engagement flows
- Identify, design, and scale growth loops that turn users into advocates
- Test messaging and run campaigns across paid, organic, referral, and lifecycle; refine funnels from awareness through habit
- Define success metrics, run rapid tests, and turn insights into repeatable wins
- Implement core growth tools, tracking, attribution, and lifecycle systems
- Hire and manage a high performing growth team that consistently delivers results.
Requirements
- Have 8+ years in growth or growth marketing or growth product at high-growth consumer tech, social, or gaming companies
- Have scaled a product from early traction to millions of engaged users
- Understand growth mechanics deeply, such as viral loops, retention drivers, and compounding growth levers
- Are equal parts strategic and hands-on, you can set the plan and run the experiment
- Move fast, thrive in ambiguity, and don’t need perfect data to take action
- Are analytical, creative, and obsessed with uncovering what works.
