• Collaborate with Design and Creative to ensure motion projects exceed client expectations, demonstrating the ability to provide an informed perspective on how motion design can solve a brand’s strategic challenges.
• Leverage knowledge of animation, editing and post-production tools to consistently produce top-quality work
• Lead and direct a small team of motion designers in the creation of motion concepts that solve for client marketing objectives through storyboarding, research and development, motion ideation, and constructive feedback.
• Demonstrate an ability to manage multiple projects and motion designers at the same time while maintaining a clear vision of priorities in order to ensure project milestones are met.
• Interface with clients and provide insight into how motion design can help solve their project challenges. Provide alternative approaches when appropriate to help create new opportunities.
• Seek out opportunities to promote skill advancement among motion designers by engaging in and/or creating department initiatives and discussions.
• Explore and experiment with AI technologies to discover ways they can enhance motion design workflows and creative output.
• Seek out opportunities to enrich our existing culture within the department and organization.

Associate Motion Director

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and maintain internal pipeline tools and systems
• Work closely and empathetically with Motion Designers, Art Directors, and Producers
• Develop plugins and extensions for Adobe Creative Suite applications and Figma
• Own product areas end-to-end
• Identify workflow bottlenecks across departments and propose and execute technical solutions
• Recommend and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and approaches
• Serve as technical lead on select client projects
• Codify your knowledge through documentation, best practices, and internal guides
• Participate in technical strategy as a craft leader

Principal Engineer

Art Director

• With a very hands-on approach, lead the development of insightfully driven creative concepts and their production to the point of exceeding client expectations
• Lead social-first and digital campaign development from brief through launch, often across multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with all relevant client contacts, becoming an expert on brand culture, politics, products, preferences, and expectations
• Work closely with Design and Motion teams to create optimal processes resulting in excellent craft forward work
• Be a clear and effective communicator to the team and trusted partner to the production team
• Lead the development and presentation of pitch materials for all major and complex campaigns associated with a brand or brand group
• Ensure and elevate the quality of all strategic, creative, and design deliverables across assigned brand work
• Mentor and support junior creative staff toward the goal of accelerating skill progression through a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing

Associate Creative Director, Art

Designer

• Lead high-impact brand campaigns from concept through execution using a systems-thinking approach, spending approximately 60% of your time on visual design and concept development and 40% on production-focused execution.
• Use your expertise in type, grid, and color to evolve our visual language—knowing exactly when to stick to the rules and when to strategically break them to keep the brand engaging.
• Provide multiple viable creative directions for every brief, avoiding one-dimensional solutions.
• Self-audit all work for quality and strategic alignment before moving to review or production.
• Anticipate the "downstream" impact of design choices on high-volume production and technical specs, including building and evolving scalable templates across platforms.
• Distill vague briefs and shifting client feedback into clear, actionable design solutions.
• Ensure every visual execution ladders up to broader brand initiatives and business goals.
• Jump into projects mid-stream and gain immediate momentum without sacrificing quality.
• Manage and track evolving technical requirements across various platforms during fast-paced sprints, while contributing across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Accurately scope work and maintain independent accountability for all deadlines.

Senior Designer

• Develop brand campaigns through high-volume production, scaling artwork across platforms while maintaining creative integrity.
• Execute with a solid grasp of design fundamentals—specifically grid systems, layout, and typographic hierarchy.
• Build, evolve, and manage complex Figma template systems and scalable component libraries, using auto layout, variants, variables, and shared libraries to support efficient, high-volume production across shifting technical specs and safe zones.
• Optimize production workflows within Figma to increase speed, accuracy, and cross-team efficiency, identifying opportunities to streamline systems and reduce manual work.
• Independently scope, prioritize, and manage workload—anticipating technical challenges and adjusting quickly within fast-paced sprints.
• Maintain a high standard for design quality, even during fast-paced sprints and quick turnarounds.
• Partnering with team and discipline leads to streamline processes and create an efficient working environment.
• Communicate design solutions and ideas effectively to both clients and creatives to provide clear direction.
