About the role
- Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders by providing market-based guidance, pay recommendations, and decision support aligned with compensation philosophy and regional practices
- Partner with leaders to evaluate compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, internal movements, retention, and exceptions, ensuring alignment with internal equity, market positioning, and budget guidelines
- Drive incentive standardization for India, with plans to extend frameworks and best practices across APAC
- Conduct internal pay equity analyses across employee groups, with a particular focus on university hires, and recommend data-driven adjustments where appropriate
- Support annual and off-cycle compensation processes by providing consultative guidance, approval support, and pay differentiation insights
- Respond to ad-hoc compensation and market analysis requests, translating complex data into clear, leader-ready insights and recommendations
- Ensure consistent interpretation and application of compensation policies, guidelines, and governance standards in partnership with HRBPs and regional stakeholders
- Lead mental wellbeing activities throughout the year across India locations
- Manage the Honeywell Wellbeing Hub calendar and coordinate sessions with the Inclusion & Diversity team
- Oversee the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with 1to1Help (PIA reviews, quarterly connects, onsite counselor proposals, retrenchment support, and overseas counseling)
- Manage vendors for the Annual Health Check-up program (Mfine), Pregnancy Care Program (Truworth Wellness), and employee discount programs (Pluxee)
- Collaborate with the WTW broker on benefits renewals and insurance processes in partnership with the Benefits Delivery team
- Prepare and distribute APAC Total Rewards newsletters
- Collaborate on HR projects and training initiatives such as People Podcast and GCP training
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in HR, Compensation & Benefits, or a related field
- Strong analytical, data management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in HR systems (HCM) and advanced Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Leverage an extensive market network to access timely and relevant insights.

- Regularly engage with HR Business Partners, Legal, GDA, HRS Global Compensation teams, Data Privacy, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, University Relations, Benefits Delivery teams, and external vendors (WTW, EAP, PCP, AHC providers)
