About the role

  • Provide exceptional field service support.
  • Ensure successful installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced technologies.
  • Report directly to the Sr Field Service Supervisor.
  • Work on-site out of the West Chester, Ohio location initially, then transition to a 90% traveling technician position.
  • Impact overall performance and reliability of our systems, enhancing customers' operations and ensuring their success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service or a similar technical role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of material handling systems and technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.
  • Familiar with Preventive Maintenance.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and software relevant to field service operations.
  • Ability to maintain reports in a timely manner.
  • Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Windows Software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Strong experience in field service management or technical support.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • Ability to adapt to changing technologies and customer needs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • PLC experience.
