About the role
- Manage the annual servicing of the facility, including condition‑based servicing and PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance), and submit full job reports.
- Test the Grid Entry Unit to ensure it is safe and functioning correctly before sign‑off, and provide hands‑on training and knowledge to new users/operators.
- Investigate issues to identify faults and perform system analysis, carrying out replacements as required.
- Engage with clients to understand issues, make observations, suggest improvements, and provide recommendations.
- Meet customers’ needs via remote support as part of an on-call rota
Requirements
- Previous experience within industrial servicing or controls systems
- Solid analytical/problem solving skills and technical skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and written
- Gas industry experience or HND/HNC level qualifications, experience in the Biogas/Biomethane industries would be advantageous
- Good team player with a willingness to learn
