About the role

  • Lead the relationship with key accounts, serving as the main point of contact for the connected industrial business.
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Regularly engage with executive-level stakeholders to address needs and establish trust.

  • Provide expertise on product capabilities and industry applications to align solutions with customer objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations to educate customers on offerings.
  • Monitor account performance and key metrics to evaluate success against targets.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management to outline account health, challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain up-to-date customer records and performance data.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across sales and technical teams to enhance solution delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in key account management or sales within the industrial sector.
  • Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving growth in IT/OT technologies.
  • Strong understanding of industrial IoT, automation, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with SFDC and Microsoft Office Suite.
