About the role
- - Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses and repairs faults on a variety of Honeywell and 3rd party equipment
- - Identify opportunities for system improvements and provide prices for Small Works Quotes
- - Prepare the drawings and application projects specifically for Small Works Quotes
- - Ensure customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients whilst delivering a valuable and professional service
- - Report possible future failures, disturbances and other opportunities for improvement
Requirements
- - Previous work experience servicing, Fire, Security or access entry and alarm systems
- - Fault finding and troubleshooting skills along with programming skills
- - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers through the use of good communication skills.
- - Previous Honeywell product knowledge such as GENT would be advantageous
- - Valid full driving licence
