About the role

  • Manage existing Partners, building ever stronger relationships where we work in true partnership to deliver outstanding business results.
  • Support our Partners with their own Specifier and End-User meetings, demonstrating the strength of our relationship and why they should have confidence to make us their BMS of choice.
  • Identify opportunities for sales to our Partners where they are currently using an alternative solution.
  • Work in an entrepreneurial manner to succeed in the challenge of growing both top line sales and profit contribution!

Requirements

  • Demonstrated sales results to organisations of varying sizes and complexity, alongside a technical background in BMS.
  • Experience of building professional, profitable and trusting long-term relationships.
  • Excellent communicator both internally and externally, with an ability to build, negotiate and close on deals of varying sizes.
  • Understands and can articulate a value proposition to customers.
  • Experience in the BEMS industry is preferable, a Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline is beneficial.
