About the role

  • Lead and manage operations within the Canadian sub-region for the Process Automation business.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competition.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage financial performance and budgeting for the sub-region.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Manage a small team of Program Managers to ensure successful execution of projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in a leadership role within Program Controls, Process Automation, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience as a people leader.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Experience with operational excellence methodologies.
