About the role

  • Provide direct troubleshooting assistance to customers responding real time to customer technical inquiries via phone, email and on-site presence as necessary
  • Routing and escalation of technical issues within the support organization
  • Capture and tracking of customer issues through CRM tool Sales Force and maintain ownership of technical issue through to closure against identified service level goals
  • Manage and document customer communications via SFDC and own case closure
  • Provide significant collaboration and coaching to peers, based on knowledge and expertise

Requirements

  • Demonstrable Air Transport and Regional (ATR) experience, and knowledge
  • A relevant degree or strong proven experience in avionics/aviation/aerospace
  • Practical background within avionic electronic systems
  • Previous experience within the maintenance and troubleshooting or avionic, and aviation systems
  • SATCOM knowledge would be advantageous, but this is not essential along with Airline experience or knowledge would be desirable
