About the role
- Provide administrative, data, and reporting support to the Disability Management team
- Maintain reports, trackers, spreadsheets, and customer records
- Assist with invoices, reconciliations, and vendor payment tracking
- Support day-to-day operations, projects, and onboarding of new staff
- Manage system support requests and respond to internal and external inquiries
- Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports
- Analyze data trends and support process improvements
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
Requirements
- College diploma in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1 year of experience in administrative support, data analysis or operations
- Experience in, or knowledge of, disability management, disability insurance or health-related programs is an asset
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and case management systems
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- French language skills are an asset.
