About the role

  • Lead the customer experience through providing service to Oaken customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through telephone, email, and scheduled visits.
  • Attend conferences and local community events and respond to all inquiries.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities, acquire, and retain customers.
  • Ensure optimum servicing to clients (Oaken and HTC) by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities with particular attention on business retention and revenue generation.
  • Proactively solicit and identify sales opportunities.
  • Research and identify sources for potential new customers.
  • Assist clients in completing applications for Oaken Financial deposit products accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Solicit and monitor customer feedback, identify gaps, provide recommendations for timely solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Fully in-person position, with in-class training provided.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in business management, finance, or related field (university an asset)
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Solid knowledge of investment products
  • Great communication skills
