About the role
- Lead the customer experience through providing service to Oaken customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through telephone, email, and scheduled visits.
- Attend conferences and local community events and respond to all inquiries.
- Identify potential sales opportunities, acquire, and retain customers.
- Ensure optimum servicing to clients (Oaken and HTC) by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities with particular attention on business retention and revenue generation.
- Proactively solicit and identify sales opportunities.
- Research and identify sources for potential new customers.
- Assist clients in completing applications for Oaken Financial deposit products accordingly.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Solicit and monitor customer feedback, identify gaps, provide recommendations for timely solutions to enhance customer experience.
- Fully in-person position, with in-class training provided.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in business management, finance, or related field (university an asset)
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Solid knowledge of investment products
- Great communication skills
