• QA and regression-test software for Hometap’s homeowner platform and internal systems
• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT) programs with internal stakeholders
• Help to architect, build, and continuously extend automated regression testing suite

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Own investment company accounting in accordance with ASC 946 and financial reporting for several entities, including private equity style GP/LP funds, JVs and SPVs
• Work with Hometap’s Controller to manage third-party fund accounting consultants to resolve open items and ensure capital calls, distributions, and quarterly reporting are completed accurately and on time
• Partner with independent third-party valuation firms to value Level 3 (hard to value) assets in accordance with ASC 820
• Perform internal shadow accounting for intra-period reporting, and to reconcile against books and records maintained by administrators
• Support annual audits and prepare audit and tax compliance liaison deliverables, in conjunction with our Controller and senior finance leaders
• Manage daily treasury activity and approve wires
• Collaborate cross-functionally to incorporate fund and SPV reporting into operating company models and management reporting
• Work with the Controller to plan new entity launches and onboard new entities
• Diligently seek opportunities for improvement in systems, processes, and internal controls
• Collaborate with Operating Company accounting to ensure accurate recognition of related party transactions

• Engage with inbound leads, using your licensing expertise to provide compliant information while connecting with empathy to understand each homeowner's circumstances
• Serve as a single point of contact throughout the investment process – providing status updates, responding to questions, requesting documentation – while maintaining a high volume of daily calls
• Coordinate with internal teams (processors, underwriters, etc.) to ensure efficient processes for homeowners
• Manage your pipeline using Salesforce and Hometap's proprietary Hub, keeping applications up to date and communicating next steps to homeowners and internal stakeholders
• Become an expert in Hometap's home equity investment (HEI) product and unique sales approach, actively participating in training and ongoing coaching
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
• Stay current on the competitive landscape and collaborate with colleagues across originations, marketing, and legal to resolve questions and improve the homeowner experience

Licensed Sales Consultant

• Conduct analysis of financial products, including but not limited to asset modeling, portfolio performance modeling, business case modeling, and scenario analysis
• Develop subject matter expertise on Hometap's financial products, including how they work and fit into the competitive landscape
• Research and develop potential new products and product changes, from hypothesis testing to supporting initial launch plans
• Contribute to pricing, structuring and feature decisions that optimize and evolve financial products
• Develop and maintain processes to continuously track, document, and synthesize information on relevant market trends
• Vet and prioritize opportunities for inclusion in the financial product roadmap, working closely with Finance, Data Science, Marketing, and Capital to create a compelling, data-driven rationale for each one
• Support creation of investor GTM narrative, including rationale supporting the product’s pricing, structure, assumptions, and methodologies
• Develop expertise on methodologies and solutions that influence the success of our financial products (e.g., valuation, property type policy)
• Be accountable for product competitiveness for target homeowners and investors
