Manage and develop Corporate Accounting Team
Identify and resolve technical accounting issues
Develop and monitor internal controls
Lead financial statement preparation and presentation
Oversee all accounting related to the corporate accounting function
Set and enforce accounting standards and best practices
Continuously assess and enhance accounting processes
Lead corporate accounting audit process
Collaborate with finance team and cross-functional departments

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of corporate accounting experience
People management experience
Experience in a remote, growth-stage environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Technical accounting research experience including ASC 606, ASC 350-40, ASC 810, ASC 860
Strong experience with internal controls
Strong analytical skills
Effective communication skills
