Backend Engineer

• Architect and implement scalable RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express
• Design, own, and maintain data pipelines — ingestion, transformation, storage, and reliability
• Structure and model data to support product features, internal tools, analytics, and experimentation
• Own schema design, query optimization, indexing, and scaling across relational and NoSQL stores
• Own deployments and infrastructure on AWS, including CI/CD pipelines and monitoring
• Contribute to system design decisions as we scale — services, data flow, reliability
• Contribute to or review front-end work in React when needed; you won't be leading it, but you understand it
• Work closely with founders and teams in product, growth, and operations to turn data into outcomes
• Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor mid-level and junior developers
• Improve logging, monitoring, and data reliability across systems

• Utilize Webflow to design, develop, and manage responsive websites, translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive pages.
• Implement complex animations, high-end interactions, and scalable CMS structures.
• Ensure all websites are optimized for high performance, accessibility, and SEO.
• Test and debug websites across multiple devices and browsers to ensure seamless cross-platform compatibility.
• Work closely with the CRO team to develop and integrate tests using 3rd party A/B testing platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to clients and team members
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Webflow trends and features to proactively improve our development processes and tooling.
• Partner with product managers and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions that align with business goals.
