About the role
- Support Go-to-Market Planning: Assist with positioning, messaging, and launch materials for upcoming features and product enhancements.
- Conduct Customer & Market Research: Help gather and synthesize insights from feedback, reviews, competitor analysis, and market trends to inform segmentation, messaging, and value propositions.
- Translate Insights into Action: Support research that turns customer and market insights into recommendations for product, marketing, or sales strategies.
- Help Develop Product Marketing Content: Draft materials such as one-pagers, internal briefs, slides, competitor summaries, and light messaging explorations.
- Analyze Product Usage & Performance: Partner with PMM and Analytics to track product metrics, surface key trends, and support light reporting or synthesis.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Product, Sales, User Research, Brand, and Growth teams to learn from customers, refine messaging, and support integrated initiatives.
- Experiment with AI Tools: Explore AI platforms to accelerate research, generate content variations, and uncover insights that support smarter GTM execution.
- Participate in Campaign Execution: Support integrated marketing or lifecycle campaigns that drive awareness, adoption, and customer success across our product lines.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior at a 4-year accredited college.
- All majors are welcome! We especially value analytical, business, or marketing coursework.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curiosity, organization, and a desire to learn.
