Processing all accounting transactions in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Fixed assets accounting
Monitoring and posting of bank accounts and online banking transactions
Creating and maintaining vendor and customer master data in our ERP system
Point of contact for internal sales/service regarding credit limits
Preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns
Year-end closing preparations and handling of the dunning/collections process
Reporting: preparing analyses, special reports and project work
Supporting the further development of our existing accounting tools
Financial reporting (in particular clarification of tax-related issues)
Resolution of open delivery notes and customer complaints/claims

Requirements

Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further qualification as an accountant or equivalent training
Professional experience in accounting is essential
Structured and analytical way of working
Good knowledge of working with an ERP system; confident use of MS Office programs
Ability to work independently, team-oriented and resilient
