Processing all accounting transactions in accounts payable and accounts receivable
Fixed assets accounting
Monitoring and posting of bank accounts and the online banking system
Creating and maintaining supplier and customer master data in our ERP system
Contact person for internal sales regarding credit limits
Preparation and submission of monthly VAT returns
Preparations for the year-end closing and handling of dunning/collections
Reporting
Preparing reports, special analyses and project work
Supporting the further development of our existing accounting tools
Financial accounting (in particular clarification of tax-related issues)
Resolving open delivery notes and handling complaints

Requirements

Completed commercial vocational training, ideally with further training as an accountant or comparable qualification
Professional experience in accounting is essential
Structured and analytical approach
Good knowledge of working with an ERP system, confident user of MS Office programs
Ability to work independently, team player and resilient
