About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI capabilities across the business.
  • Create a proprietary Hollis Copilot that learns from property and consultancy data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and compliant AI solutions.
  • Design, build, fine‑tune, and optimise LLM‑powered solutions.
  • Collaborate with the data team to engineer robust data pipelines.
  • Implement secure embeddings, vector stores, and knowledge graphs.
  • Architect and deploy AI workloads on Microsoft Azure.
  • Partner with CTO, COO, and Innovation teams to translate business challenges into AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Work closely with service heads, surveyors, product owners, and data teams to identify AI use cases.

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of large language models, prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, and RAG systems.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Search, Azure Machine Learning, and related services.
  • Experience building Copilot extensions, Copilot Studio solutions, or custom copilots.
  • Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar languages for AI integration and development.
  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings pipelines, and similarity search.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, data governance, and secure enterprise AI patterns.
  • Experience with modern software engineering practices, including APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
