• Assist in delivering value to clients by supporting fire safety projects across the property lifecycle (e.g. fire safety strategy development, specialist fire risk assessments, and fire safety inspections)
• Participate in project work from inception to completion and gain exposure to various stages of fire safety engineering processes and the wider property lifecycle
• Support the preparation of proposals and reports for clients, contributing to the delivery of high-quality output
• Collaborate with other services within Hollis to provide integrated, multidisciplinary solutions
• Aid in the development and maintenance of strong client relationships, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently
• Engage in learning and development activities, including gaining exposure to business development processes and professional body training towards chartership
• Adherence to Health & Safety procedures and respect company values and culture
• Work in a hybrid role based in London City with opportunities to work abroad in Europe

Graduate Fire Safety Engineer

• Write Phase 1 reports (relating to TDD instructions) and carry out site inspections
• Supervise UK wide site investigation work across a variety of projects (opportunity)
• Assist with the design of scopes of work for environmental projects
• Assist with the delivery of routine projects and support on more complex projects with guidance
• Assist with drafting client communications and fee proposals
• Assist on site work and manage your own time and workload
• Communicate effectively with clients and field queries from internal colleagues
• Complete technical research and data gathering tasks and draft high quality reports
• Support business development and profile raising and pro-actively learn from senior colleagues
• Maintain awareness of current and evolving challenges in the sector and respect company values and culture

• Implement and monitor cloud solutions for performance, cost, and security.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to implement robust security measures.
• Develop automation scripts for efficient cloud resource management.
• Provide technical guidance on complex Azure infrastructure issues.
• Stay current with Azure services and assess their relevance to our business.
• Document and maintain cloud architectures and configurations.
• Manage backup and recovery processes in collaboration with the team.
• Conduct system installations, configurations, and upgrades.
• Help define technical standards and support protocols.
• Assist the IT Service Desk with hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Take ownership of assigned technical projects.
• Support mobile device management and app deployment.
• Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Experience with Intune deployment.
