About the role

  • Actively generate new business accounts individually and collaboratively; including, but not limited to, synergy with HOALiving companies and their potential clients
  • Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents and other property management professionals
  • Develop relationships with current clients and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work with HOALiving partners to identify marketing opportunities and develop mailing campaigns
  • Write and present status reports to leadership team
  • Maintain and develop database of property owners
  • Develop relationships with developers of multi-family properties
  • Create, refine and implement operational policies and procedures for Business Development and Marketing

Requirements

  • Active Utah Real Estate Agent License required, or ability to obtain licenses within 4 months
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Property Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the Fair Housing Act
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent industry experience
