About the role
- Actively generate new business accounts individually and collaboratively; including, but not limited to, synergy with HOALiving companies and their potential clients
- Develop and nurture relationships with real estate agents and other property management professionals
- Develop relationships with current clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with HOALiving partners to identify marketing opportunities and develop mailing campaigns
- Write and present status reports to leadership team
- Maintain and develop database of property owners
- Develop relationships with developers of multi-family properties
- Create, refine and implement operational policies and procedures for Business Development and Marketing
Requirements
- Active Utah Real Estate Agent License required, or ability to obtain licenses within 4 months
- Minimum of 3-5 years Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of the Fair Housing Act
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent industry experience
