About the role

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets
  • Ensure exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and financial performance
  • Lead and develop front-of-house teams
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
  • Drive guest satisfaction through quality service, consistency, and accountability
  • Manage inventory, requisitions, ordering, and proper storage of food, beverage, equipment, and supplies
  • Conduct inspections of supplies, equipment, and work areas

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of Food & Beverage experience
  • Five (5) years in a supervisory or management role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Strong experience with POS systems
  • Working knowledge of government health, food service, and hospitality regulations
  • Demonstrated experience in financial accountability, budgeting, and cost control
