Oversee daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets
Ensure exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and financial performance
Lead and develop front-of-house teams
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
Drive guest satisfaction through quality service, consistency, and accountability
Manage inventory, requisitions, ordering, and proper storage of food, beverage, equipment, and supplies
Conduct inspections of supplies, equipment, and work areas

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of eight (8) years of Food & Beverage experience
Five (5) years in a supervisory or management role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Strong experience with POS systems
Working knowledge of government health, food service, and hospitality regulations
Demonstrated experience in financial accountability, budgeting, and cost control
