About the role
- Oversee daily operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets
- Ensure exceptional guest service, operational excellence, and financial performance
- Lead and develop front-of-house teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards
- Drive guest satisfaction through quality service, consistency, and accountability
- Manage inventory, requisitions, ordering, and proper storage of food, beverage, equipment, and supplies
- Conduct inspections of supplies, equipment, and work areas
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of eight (8) years of Food & Beverage experience
- Five (5) years in a supervisory or management role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Strong experience with POS systems
- Working knowledge of government health, food service, and hospitality regulations
- Demonstrated experience in financial accountability, budgeting, and cost control
