Implementation Specialist

• Lead and own high value customer onboardings from kickoff to activation (including tasks related to timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment).
• Run discovery sessions to understand customer goals and tailor onboarding plans that accelerate time-to-value.
• Deliver high-impact training and enablement sessions that help customers confidently adopt Hive.
• Build strong relationships with high value / new customers, understand their objectives, and reinforce the value of Hive in achieving them.

• Track and report on onboarding metrics (e.g., time to go-live, adoption benchmarks), using these insights to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a voice of onboarding in cross-functional discussions with Sales, Product, Support, and CS Leadership.
• Help customers clearly articulate their goals—even when they’re unsure—translating these into actionable onboarding plans.
• Proactively surface risks, communicate timelines, and ensure a smooth transition to long-term success teams.
• Provide feedback loops to Product and CS based on recurring customer needs, patterns, and insights from your team.
• With the support of the Director of CS, mentor, and support a team of onboarding specialists, helping them grow in delivery, customer communication, and project management.
• Serve as a point of escalation for risks, blockers, or complex onboarding scenarios.
• Model “what great looks like” through your personal client work, communication style, and problem-solving approach.

Strategic Implementation Specialist

SEO Marketing

• Own Hive’s marketing website (Webflow) — maintain, update, and continuously improve performance and UX.
• Implement technical SEO best practices (crawlability, site speed, schema, redirects, internal linking).
• Build and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns, events, and product launches.
• Collaborate with Design and Growth to bring new ideas to life quickly.
• Partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to ensure accurate tracking and analytics across GA4, Tag Manager, and ad pixels.
• Manage content hierarchy and on-site messaging consistency across marketing and product experiences.
• Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.

Product Designer

• Be the customer advocate: spend time with our customers, learning how they work and think, so that you can advocate for them at the RND table. Where valuable, spearhead customer research and UX testing activities.
• Design great products: Whether we’re iterating on existing features or building new ones, use your UX skillset to lead brainstorms, create wireframes, explore workflows, build prototypes, and craft mockups.
• Work cross-functionally: Partner with product and engineering to co-lead the most impactful pod in our organization, the Product Pod. Work directly with Front End engineers to make sure we’re launching high quality products
• Own the design backlog and roadmap: As a successful but long running company, we have lots of UX debt and interesting challenges ahead of us. You’ll help us navigate tradeoffs and build concrete plans for where and how to invest in things like design systems and navigational changes.
