About the role
- Provide construction methodology input during the bid and proposal stage
- Prepare accurate construction cost estimates including labor, equipment, and subcontractor elements
- Develop preliminary execution plans and project schedules to support bidding strategies
- Review tender documents and identify construction risks, opportunities, and value engineering options
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project controls teams to align construction requirements
- Support bid presentations and negotiations with clients, ensuring clarity of construction approach
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in construction execution within EPC projects, with at least 2 years in a tendering, estimating, or planning role
- Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary construction methods and sequencing
- Competency in estimating tools, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to work under tender deadlines
