About the role
- Manage student-facing systems including Canvas (LMS), DestinyOne, Salesforce, and Zoom/WebEx
- Enhance user experience and optimize system performance
- Ensure seamless integration and accurate data
- Provide responsive first line IT support to over 1,000 users annually
- Lead technology projects supporting program expansion and operational growth
- Collaborate with internal and University stakeholders to uphold data security and compliance
- Manage licensing and lifecycle operations for student-facing software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in IT, including management experience
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise IT systems
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in supporting SaaS platforms and website content management systems
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce
- Technical expertise in HTML, JavaScript, JSP, CSS, FTP, APIs, XML, PHP, and SQL
