Manager

• Represent Hitachi Energy with state and local governments to build relationships and drive meaningful energy, grid, and manufacturing policy.
• Lead engagement in states where Hitachi Energy has a strong presence, representing the company with local officials and hosting site visits.
• Partner with facility community managers on local/regional events and secure regional thought leadership opportunities.
• Lead advocacy on regulatory and energy topics with state and local elected officials.
• Develop one-pagers, messaging materials, and regional positioning to elevate the Hitachi Energy brand.
• Drive meaningful impact at the intersection of business, policy, and society; report to the Vice President of Government & Institutional Relations and work closely with Regional Business Unit Leaders and Corporate Functions.
• Advance policy and regulatory issues related to the grid, AI/data centers, energy generation, and manufacturing with state officials.
