About the role
- Lead market analysis to identify trends, gaps, customer needs and competitive dynamics.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer by gathering and communicating the expectations of the Canadian market.
- Develop playbooks and solution maps tailored to the Canadian market.
- Shape strategic direction and translate it into concrete marketing actions.
- Monitor market developments, emerging technologies and regulatory changes.
- Build senior-level relationships with customer executives, strengthening long-term strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to define technology roadmaps and unified go-to-market strategies.
- Support account planning, pipeline development, opportunity reviews and the promotion of customer success stories.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Canadian utility or industrial markets, ideally with exposure to power generation, transmission automation, digitalization and software solutions.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, commercial roles, strategy or engineering.
- University degree in engineering, marketing, business or related field (preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and to execute strategies effectively.
- Must be based in Canada.
- Bilingual English/French skills strongly preferred.
