About the role
- Work with HR, business leaders, and key stakeholders to build a high-performing workforce
- Collaborate with HR teams of Hitachi Group companies globally
- Implement HR strategies across the Group
Requirements
- Experience in HR strategic planning and/or CoE HR
- Time spent as a HRBP will be helpful
- Logical thinking, planning, and data analysis skills
- Business English proficiency
- Japanese language proficiency is a bonus but not required
- Project management basics such as PMP/Prince 2 are desirable
