About the role
- Join us as a Factory HR Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping an empowered, engaged, and high‑performing workforce
- Partner with business leadership to influence culture, strengthen organizational capability, support talent strategies, and promote a positive employee experience
- Guide managers through HR policies, processes, and best practices
- Drive talent planning, succession, and recruitment efforts
- Monitor engagement and turnover trends; recommend solutions
- Lead employee relations, welfare support, and issue resolution
- Facilitate communication and training on HR policies and programs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and strategic HR initiatives
- Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Taleo, etc.)
- Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship‑building skills
- Knowledge of labor relations and compliance requirements
