About the role

  • Join us as a Factory HR Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping an empowered, engaged, and high‑performing workforce
  • Partner with business leadership to influence culture, strengthen organizational capability, support talent strategies, and promote a positive employee experience
  • Guide managers through HR policies, processes, and best practices
  • Drive talent planning, succession, and recruitment efforts
  • Monitor engagement and turnover trends; recommend solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and strategic HR initiatives
  • Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, Taleo, etc.)
  • Strong coaching, consulting, and relationship‑building skills
  • Knowledge of labor relations and compliance requirements
