About the role

  • Process contract signing requests with all required details.
  • Create purchase requisitions (PRs) and invoice receipts in Oracle; manage invoice payments.
  • Support MarTech contract renewals and collaborate with finance on accruals.
  • Review monthly finance reports with finance team and share updates with business owners.
  • Monitor Global Marketing cost centre spends against AOP and communicate status.
  • Lead monthly calls with cost centre owners, procurement, and finance teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date training materials and deliver process training to stakeholders.
  • Create and manage reports in Allocadia(tracking tool); follow up on plans, POs, and invoices.
  • Work closely with business planning lead to manage reporting, quarterly updates.
  • Maintain system access and configurations; provide stakeholder training.
  • Generate Wrike reports, track request status, and create tickets as needed.
  • Partner with Allocadia success manager and ensure governance across platforms.

Requirements

  • 5-6 Years of experience required.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and marketing operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and tools.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Provide guidance to junior colleagues and contractors.
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication.
  • Comfortable working with a global team and across functions.
